For all Etsy sellers selling within the European Union, there is a law that states the seller must display certain information to buyers.
Seller Details
For this purpose, it is acceptable to use a company name in the place of your personal name if you prefer to keep your identity private. You must, however, provide the address from which your business trades, and optionally other contact information such as an e-mail address and/or telephone number if you are happy for customers to potentially contact you this way.
Etsy make it easy for us to fulfil this by having a dedicated space within the settings to enter the necessary details, and they fulfil the law by providing these details on the customers receipts.
Only buyers with their country set within the EU will be able to view your details.
You can add your details in Edit shop mode on desktop or through the Sell on Etsy app.
